Samoa Police, Prisons and Corrections Services Undergo Customer Service Training

The training, conducted by Leiataualesa Kevin Lucky and his team from EMD Samoa , culminated in the awarding of certificates certified by the Samoa Qualification Authority. Leiataualesa emphasized the significance of this training, stating, “Customer Service is not a department, it’s everyone’s job.” This sentiment highlights the collective responsibility of all SPPCS personnel in delivering high-quality service to the community.

The training provided SPPCS members with valuable insights and practical knowledge on modern customer service strategies and methodologies. The opportunity to enhance their skills ensures that SPPCS can continue to meet the needs of the public effectively, fostering trust and cooperation between law enforcement and the community.
