Representatives from various Pacific nations attended the Samoa Police, Prisons & Corrections Services Headquarters Office as part of the Pacific Forensics Working Group Conference.

The visit, which took place this afternoon, was warmly received by Police Commissioner Auapa’au Logoitino Filipo, Deputy Commissioner Papali Monalisa Tiai-Keti, and Assistant Commissioner Leausalilo Norman Meni.
Superintendent Tagaloa Tipasa Matamu, the Officer in charge of the Forensic Unit, led the PFWGC members on a tour of the SPPCS Headquarters, including a visit to the Forensic Unit where they were shown the equipment used in daily operations.
Participants engaged with forensic officers, gaining insights into their duties and experiences in the field of forensics.
