SPPCS Members Graduate from Emerging Leaders Program
The Samoa Police, Prisons & Corrections Services (SPPCS) proudly acknowledges the successful completion of the Emerging Leaders Program by several of its members. Delivered by the Pacific Faculty of Policing (PFP)—a joint initiative of the Australian Federal Police (AFP) and the Australian Institute of Police Management (AIPM)—the program provided essential leadership training tailored for emerging leaders within law enforcement.
This initiative equipped participants with fundamental leadership skills while addressing the challenges faced by new leaders in dynamic and evolving workplace environments. With organizations becoming increasingly complex and diverse, the program emphasized the importance of adaptive strategies, effective mobilization, and driving positive change within policing and corrections.
SPPCS commends its members for their dedication to professional growth and leadership development and remains committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning to enhance service delivery for the people of Samoa.
