SPPCS Bids Farewell to Respected ICT Leader Laulu Angelo Chan Mow and IT Officer Jess Silafaga
The Samoa Police, Prisons and Corrections Services (SPPCS) has bid farewell to two distinguished members of its Information Communication and Technology (ICT) team: former Assistant Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) Laulu Angelo Chan Mow and IT Officer Jess Silafaga. Both individuals have contributed significantly to the advancement of SPPCS’s digital and communication capabilities over many years of dedicated service, including their recent contributions to the successful delivery of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM).
Laulu Angelo Chan Mow, who has led the ICT division with professionalism and vision, played a vital role in modernizing SPPCS’s information systems. His leadership has been instrumental in developing and implementing digital strategies that have enhanced operational efficiency and public safety for Samoa. Under his direction, SPPCS’s digital framework was strengthened, providing a foundation for the future growth and adaptability of Samoa’s law enforcement and correctional services.
