Samoa Police Farewell Commissioner Auapaau Logoitino Filipo

Yesterday, we bid farewell to a dedicated leader who was at the helm of the Samoa Police Prisons & Correction Services in the last 3years and 4months as the Samoa Police Commissioner.

Auapaau Logotino Filipo, has served with distinction for over 27 years. A dedicated officer and public servant. His unwavering commitment to public safety and serving the people of Samoa has left an indelible mark on our service.

During his tenure, Commissioner Filipo spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing community policing and enforcing the rule of law.

As he embarks on a new chapter, the Samoa Police Prisons & Correction Services (SPPCS) extend their heartfelt thanks to Commissioner Auapaau. As a son of Samoa, we are certain that you have made your village and family proud. Behind the man was his extended family, his wife, children and grandchild. Malo le taupai, malo le tatalo.
