Courtesy Visit by Chief of Navy, New Zealand

The Samoa Police, Prisons & Corrections Services (SPPCS) welcomed Rear Admiral Garin Golding, Chief of Navy, New Zealand, during a courtesy visit. Rear Admiral Golding met with Commissioner Auapa’au Logoitino Filipo, reaffirming the strong partnership between the two nations in maritime security and law enforcement.

Discussions focused on areas of mutual interest, including ongoing cooperation in maritime policing and capacity-building initiatives. SPPCS values the continued support and collaboration with the New Zealand Defence Force in enhancing security within Samoa’s waters.
