Assistant Commissioner Papali’i Efo Moalele is currently attending the 9th World Conference on Family Law and Children’s Rights in London, Great Britain, alongside Samoa Victim Support Group (SVSG) President, Lina Chang.
This global event brings together legal experts, judges, law enforcement, and child protection advocates from around the world to share insights and strengthen international efforts in safeguarding the rights and welfare of children and families.
The presence of both AC Papali’i and President Lina Chang highlights Samoa’s united front—government and civil society—working together on the world stage to protect vulnerable children and promote human rights.
