Primary Objective

To lead and manage the overall operation and functions of the Legal Division (“Division”),
and provide quality legal support to the Minister, Commissioner and Executive on legal
issues affecting all areas and functions of the Samoa Police, Prisons and Corrections
Services (“SPPCS”).
