Vanuatu Police Officers Arrive to Support CHOGM Operations

Apia, Samoa – 14 October 2024: At 1:00 AM this morning, ten police officers from Vanuatu arrived in Samoa to support the movement of VVIPs during the upcoming Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM).

The officers will assist the Samoa Police, Prisons, and Corrections Services (SPPCS) as part of the Movement Group responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of dignitaries throughout the event.

Their participation strengthens regional cooperation and enhances the overall security and logistics framework for CHOGM 2024.
