Samoa Police, Prisons & Corrections Services – INTERPOL Apia recently conducted a four-day mentoring program from 16–19 June, as part of the BLUE PACIFIC Mentoring Program for Pacific National Central Bureaus (NCBs). This initiative aims to strengthen the skills and operational capacity of NCB officials across the Pacific, enhancing regional security and international law enforcement cooperation.
The program featured expert-led training focused on maximizing the use of INTERPOL’s policing tools and systems. Through interactive sessions and practical guidance, participants gained valuable knowledge to improve their engagement with INTERPOL resources and strengthen collaboration in the fight against transnational crime.
The training also highlighted the importance of strict adherence to INTERPOL’s security protocols and operational procedures, reinforcing the integrity and effectiveness of information sharing within the INTERPOL network.
