95 New Police and Prisons Recruits Graduate

Earlier today, Friday 4 July, in an inspiring ceremony held today at The Samoa Police Academy – Tafaigata, 67 police recruit officers and 28 Correction Officers graduate a newly addition members of the Samoa Police, Prisons and Correction Services.
The graduation marks not only the completion of rigorous training but also a commitment to serving and protecting the community.
Caretaker Minister – Afioga Faualo Harry Schuster spoke on behalf of the Government as the keynote speaker. He reminded the graduates whether they serve in law enforcement as police officers on the field or in the correctional institutions, their role is vital to the national security and stability of Samoa.
He also reminded that authority is not power over others, but it is a responsibility towards the nation, and the people we serve.
As these new officers step into their roles, they carry with them the hopes and trust of the community, ready to uphold the law with integrity and pride.
